Welcome to Gentry First Assembly of God-
You’ve come to the right place! You were looking for a place to worship the Lord or be edified in your walk with the Lord Jesus, weren’t you? That is our hope and prayer at First Assembly of God here in beautiful Gentry, Arkansas.
We thrive in a sleepy little town in Northwest Arkansas with a growing passion for God and His glory to be revealed. Our mission in brief is "To Know God and Make Him Known." We hunger to see lives changed and restored through the demonstrated power of the Living God.
At First Assembly of God, we are delighted that the Spirit of the Lord is moving so beautifully. Seeing we are in the Last Days before the Lord Jesus returns, we are about the Father’s business of the work of the ministry. What we are doing here involves, but is not limited to:
- Worshiping the Lord vibrantly in the beauty of Holiness
- Winning the lost (those who have no true saving relationship with God through Christ)
- Teaching the Word of God in Truth
- Encouraging believers to be baptized in the Holy Spirit
- Training believers to minister in the power of the Holy Spirit
- Going and sending Missionaries to the ends of the earth
At First Assembly, we refuse to do that which brings God no glory and does not fulfill the purposes He has for us. We want to be a praise and an honor to the Lord our God for all His awesome attributes and acts. Please join us as we keep our hearts headed toward the finish line.
